Contact us
Have a feature request, found a bug, or need help with a file you generated? Write to support@instantproject.in and we usually reply within a couple of days.
What to include in your message
To help us resolve things faster, include:
- If the generator failed: the topic and subject you used, the length you chose, and roughly when it failed.
- If a downloaded file looks wrong: the file name or the download link.
- If you are reporting content issues: the project page and the section that needs correcting.
Feature requests
We love concrete suggestions. If you could improve something, tell us what you expected the tool to do that it did not do. Student requests have directly shaped several parts of the generator.
Privacy note
Messages you send are used only to respond to you. We never sell or share your contact details. For full details, see the privacy policy.
Before you email
The fastest way to understand the format and expectations of a project file is our guides — structure step by step, front page, certificate format, acknowledgement samples and bibliography writing. Most "how do I make this page" questions are answered there, and our project generator is free to try.
How quickly do we reply?
Most questions get a reply within one to two working days. During examination season we get more mail than usual, so a reply may occasionally take a little longer — we always get back to you.
Reporting a factual issue in a generated file
If a page or section in a generated project contains an obvious factual problem — an incorrect formula, a misattributed historical date, or a broken figure — tell us the topic, subject, and which section it appeared in. We treat these reports seriously: they help us improve the content engine for everyone, and we reply to confirm what changed.
Suggesting a new subject plan
We add subject-specific section plans regularly. If you study a subject we do not list a dedicated plan for (for example, a regional language, art education, or a vocational course), write to us with the subject and a rough idea of what your teacher expects. Student suggestions like this have directly shaped how the generator structures Science and Social Science files.
