1. Information we collect
- Project details you enter — topic, subject, class, student name, school name, city and uploaded logo. These are used solely to build your document.
- Basic technical data — anonymized analytics (only if you consent to cookies) such as pages visited, and standard server logs (IP address, request time, user agent) used to protect the service from abuse and rate-limit misuse.
We do not require an account, and we do not store more personal information than needed to generate and serve your file.
2. How we use your information
We use your inputs only to generate your project file. Generated documents are stored temporarily so you can re-download them, and are automatically deleted after 24 hours. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes.
3. Cookies
We use a strictly necessary cookie for site operation and session handling, and, with your consent, Google Analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can decline analytics cookies without losing any feature of the generator. Your cookie choice is remembered on your device only.
4. Third-party services
Content generation is powered by an AI provider, and images may be fetched from Wikimedia Commons or other open sources. Only the data needed to generate your document is sent to these services. We keep provider keys server-side and never expose them to the browser.
5. Data retention and deletion
Generated files and their metadata are cleaned up automatically and are purged after 24 hours. Older server logs are pruned regularly. To request deletion of any data earlier than the automatic schedule, write to support@instantproject.in and we will act within a reasonable time.
6. Children's privacy
This service is aimed at school and college students. We collect no more data than is necessary to produce the document you request. Students who are uncomfortable providing a full name may use an initial or a short name; a formal name is only needed at submission time by your school, not by the generator.
7. Security
Transmission is encrypted when the site is served over HTTPS, and administrative areas are protected by password authentication and rate limiting. While no method of transmission is perfectly secure, we apply industry-standard safeguards and keep stored data to a minimum.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may be entitled to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@instantproject.in.
