By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the service.

2. What the service does

Instant Project generates formatted project documents from details you provide. Output is produced by automated systems (including AI) and must be reviewed by you before you submit it. You are solely responsible for checking accuracy, adding your own work as appropriate, and following your institution's rules on AI-assisted work.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You confirm the details you enter (name, class, school) are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • You will use the service lawfully and will not submit generated material in ways that violate your school's or board's academic-integrity policies.
  • You are responsible for reviewing, editing and verifying every generated document before use.

4. Fair use and abuse prevention

Do not attempt to overload, scrape, automate or abuse the service. We use rate limits and temporary blocks to protect availability; attempting to bypass them may result in denial of access.

5. Intellectual property

You own the document you generate and may edit, print and distribute it freely for your own academic use. The website itself, its software and branding remain the property of Instant Project. Images included in generated files may come from Wikimedia Commons or other sources under their respective licences; attributions appear in the generated bibliography.

6. Availability and warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep the generator available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Download links for generated files are provided for 24 hours and then expire.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for grades, rejections, lost deadlines, or any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
